A SECOND TOUCH

Mark 8: 22 – 25

 

INTRODUCTION:
The text is about a blind man, whose case was very pathetic.His first touch by Jesus opened his eyes, but couldn’t see perfectly. Jesus, realised that the man needed a second touch, and He touched his eyes again. The second touch gave him a complete eye sight.

 

What does a second touch mean?
1. A second touch means a touch of actualization: In the journey of life, you might need more than one touch in order to actualize your dream or in order for your potentials to come into manifestations.

The reason your dreams or potential is not manifested or come into actualization is because you need a second touch. When God touches you the second time, it will stir up your gift and it will come to actualization.
You would recall that David was anointed the first time as a king, years later, he never became a king, he was only a king in his father’s house, but when he received the second touch, every thing came to actualization; he began to rule over the nation of Israel.

2. A second touch means a touch of fulfillment of destiny: know that a man who has come to the world without fulfilling his destiny has come in vain. The purpose of the eye is to see clearly. When the blind man saw men like trees, his eyes were not fulfilling his destiny.

3. A second touch means a touch of perfection: when the blind man was touched the second time, his miracle was perfected. Philippians 1:6

4. A second touch means a touch of a complete restoration: When the blind man was touched the second time, he had a complete restoration.

5. A second touch is a touch of power: The blind man received power to neutralize the blindness.

6. A second touch is a touch of commitment: This implies God not leaving you. God is committed to your life to the end.

7. A second touch is a touch of healing: The second touch of Jesus led to a perfect healing of his blindness.

 

 

PRAYERS
1. TODAY IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I WILL RECEIVE A TOUCH OF ACTUALISATION. EVERY GIFT HIDDEN IN MY LIFE WILL BEGIN TO MANIFEST.

2. TODAY, I WILL RECEIVE A TOUCH OF FULFILLMENT OF DESTINY. MY DESTINY IN LIFE WILL NOT BE TRUNCATED, MY DESTINY WILL COME TO REALITY.

3. .EVERY GOOD WORK THE LORD HAS STARTED IN MY LIFE , IN THE LIFE OF MY CHILDREN SHALL BE COMPLETED. I WILL NOT BE AN ABANDONED PROJECT IN THE HANDS OF GOD.

4. TODAY, I WILL RECEIVE A TOUCH OF COMPLETE RESTORATION; I SHALL BE INCOMPLETELY RESTORED. MY GLORY, STRENGTH, VITALITY, FINANCES, CHILDREN ARE FULLY RESTORED.

5. MY BODY, SOUL, SPIRIT, DESTINY IS EMPOWERED. I RECEIVE POWER ALL AROUND ME.

6. SICKNESSES AND DISEASES ARE OUT OF MY LIFE IN THE NAME OF JESUS.

7. FATHER, TOUCH ME THE SECOND TIME ( PLACE YOUR HANDS ON YOUR HEAD).

 

 

POSITIVE CONFESSIONS.

1. My moment of actualization has come

2. I am not empty; I am loaded with gifts.

3. God has loaded me with potentials.

4. My purpose in this earth shall be fulfilled.

5. God shall perfect that which He has started in my life.

6. Every enemy that crosses my path shall be electrocuted.

7. I need power to showcase my glory and destiny.

 

 

Stretch forth your right as I pray for you …In the mighty name of Jesus, by the reason of your anointing, I decree that your children will receive power, they will fulfill their destiny, all their gifts will come to actualisation, your hidden glory will break forth. You will not die a sudden death; you will not be a victim of accident, nor a victim of a stray bullet. You will be celebrated, you will receive your healing, promotions and your glory will break forth in Jesus name. Amen.
